Impact-Rubbing Dynamic Behavior of Magnetic-Liquid Double Suspension Bearing under Different Protective Bearing Forms

چکیده
The magnetic-liquid double suspension bearing (MLDSB) is a new type of bearing, with electromagnetic as the main part and hydrostatic supports auxiliary part. It can greatly improve capacity stiffness rotor-bearing systems suitable for medium speed, heavy load, frequent starting occasions. Compared active system, traditional protective device replaced by system in MLDSB, impact-rubbing phenomenon be restrained buffered. Thus, probability degree friction wear between rotor magnetic pole are reduced drastically when fails. In order to explore difference dynamic behavior law protection equations three kinds devices (fixed ring/deep groove ball bearing/hydrostatic system) under failure mode established, axial trajectory motion numerically simulated. Finally, characteristics compared analyzed. results show that: Among system), has least influence on bouncing time, force, degree, maximum force MLDSB reduced. Therefore, bear not required installed MLDSB. This study provides basis theory “gap impact-rubbing” failure, helps identify faults.

Longitudinal studies of hearing in workers in selected industries in Canada have shown that the effect of continuous high-level noise exposure is an increase in detection threshold of about 1 1/2 decibels per year. This is in contrast to 1/2 dB per year for non noise-exposed office workers in the same plants. Personal hearing protectors, in the form of ear plugs and muffs, have been chosen as a...
متن کاملDynamic Characteristics of Liquid Crystal Film in a Slide Bearing under Electric Field
This paper describes the viscosity variation of a liquid crystal under electric field, and its application to a controllable sliding bearing. Liquid crystal is known as a homogeneous organic liquid characterized by the long-range order of its molecular orientation. When an electric field is applied to a liquid crystal film as lubricant, the orientational order of molecules become parallel to th...

Typical load-bearing biological materials like bone, mineralized tendon and shell, are biocomposites made from both organic (collagen) and inorganic (biomineral) materials. This amazing class of materials with intrinsic internally designed hierarchical structures show superior mechanical properties with regard to their weak components from which they are formed. Extensive investigations concent...
متن کاملThe dynamic compressive behavior of beryllium bearing bulk metallic glasses
In 1993, a new beryllium bearing bulk metallic glass with the nominal composition of Zr41.25Ti13.75Cu12.5Ni10Be22.5 was discovered at Caltech. This metallic glass can be cast as cylindrical rods as large as 16 mm in diameter, which permitted specimens to be fabricated with geometries suitable for dynamic testing. For the first time, the dynamic compressive yield behavior of a metallic glass was...
متن کاملUse of Ansoft to Model a Slice Magnetic Bearing
Maxwell 3D of Ansoft software were used for this study. Ansoft’s solutions are based on a more general program using Maxwell’s equations. A simple analysis has been done for calculating the magnetic force interacted between two magnets of similar poles facing each other. The modeling in Anosoft has been described.
